Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly forecast updates - Track and analyze key financial and operational KPIs across business segments efficiently andeffectively - Prepare accurate management and budget analysis reports for management - Conduct root cause analysis to investigate variances in operational and financial performance - Generate actional insights to support decision-making and business performance - Continuously optimize financial processes and systems with best practices and technology Requirements: - Min 2 years of relevant working experience - Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to present insights meaningfully - Solid written and verbal communication with good interpersonal skills - Organized with attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other financial analysis tools - Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and proactive in finding better ways to do things - Degree in finance, Business or Accountancy preferred
