Analyst - Financial Operations - Investment Firm - CA

We are looking for Chartered Accountants who have exp working in BIG 4 or similar stature firms or who have articleship exp from BIG 4 or similar stature accounting firms

Experience :

- Either Articleship from BIG 4 / similar stature firms

OR

- 0-3 yrs exp from BIG 4 / similar stature firms

Education : CA (1st or 2nd Attempt only) ( 2018 to 2021 batch passouts only)

Responsibilities :

- Prepare, review, and file private equity financial statements and other regulatory reports

- Audit entities, prepare and review monthly investor account statements

- Generate and analyze the tax profit and loss reports

- Prepare U.S. tax forms and related schedules for hedge fund and private equity entities

- File management company financial statements

- Monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, accruals, and prepaid accounting

- Intercompany reconciliations, monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet analysis
