A Leading Stock Broking firm to hire an experienced Midcap Analyst to be a part of their Private Client Group Team

Job Title : Midcap Analyst - Sell Side (Private Client Group)

Job Purpose : Equity Research & Advisory

Job Duties:

- Analyzing and tracking Midcap stocks based on performance and portfolio quality

- Should be well versed with atleast Buy or Sell Side

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis using data

- Writing content for in-house wealth magazine and financial market events

- Disseminating daily reports to Department Heads, RMs and clients.

- Updating and maintaining ranking models

- Monitoring regulatory developments and financial market happenings

- Monitor important developments in the fund industry, markets and the broader economy.

- Networking with Mutual Funds relationship managers to keep abreast with industry happenings

- Writing investment proposals, portfolio reviews and financial plans in line with the needs of the client

- Keep abreast about latest trends in the mutual fund market industry and macro numbers

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

Desirable : 5+ Years Experience in Private Client Group or Institutional Research

Skills required:

- Good understanding on Debt and Equity markets

- Knowledge on various financial market products

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office and PowerPoint

- Understanding Macro Economic Factors

- Extensive knowledge on Mutual funds, Stock Specific
