Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive financial research on potential investee companies, leveraging your analytical skills to assess their viability and growth potential.

- Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and industry dynamics to identify promising investment opportunities that align with our firm's focus.

- Develop and utilize financial models using industry-standard tools to evaluate the financial health and potential return on investment of target companies.

- Prepare insightful investment memoranda (memos) that clearly communicate your research findings and investment recommendations to senior team members.

- Actively participate in the due diligence process, collaborating with experienced investors to thoroughly evaluate potential investments.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact investment decisions.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of public and private market investment strategies relevant to the venture capital landscape.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (CFA or CAIA certification a strong plus).

- 2+ years of demonstrably successful experience in equity research, investment banking, or a relevant financial services role.

- A proven track record of conducting high-quality financial research and analysis.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate findings into actionable insights.

- Proficiency in financial modeling using tools like Excel or specialized financial modeling software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present research findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.

- A meticulous approach with a strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your work.
