Position : Digital Business Analyst - Ecommerce Location : New Delhi Education : Engg Degree/ MBA Experience : 3-5 years of associated work experience, preferably in digital business(es) e.g. e-commerce Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. This is a Manager level position reporting to the Digital Product Manager. Candidate must have 3-5 years of sound experience in digital business, e.g. in e-commerce. Group has 3 LOBs with HQ in the New Delhi: a. design b. retail (luxury) c. own-brand ( bridge luxury - manufactured/sourced ) The focus of this project is to launch the "own-brand" products as a primarily online B2C e-commerce business augmented with token physical stores ( 3 in India and 1 in US ) targetted at the bridge luxury segment. These products include own-manufactured furniture and sourced items including furniture and artifacts for the interior including fabric, glass and metal. 2. Role: The Digital Business Analyst will work closely with the Digital Product Manager and the Founders and will be responsible for supporting the initial launch and ongoing growth of the new line of online business. Responsibilities: The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions - Prepare functional requirements with the business stakeholders via Business Requirement Document (BRD) - Partner with product owners/SMEs to define and refine acceptance criteria - Partner with developers on reviewing user stories for understanding and scoring - Negotiate with product owners/business experts on alternative solutions - Write test cases for user stories - Prepare test plans, UAT validation, and maintain quality tollgates - Develop deep understanding of the product and suggest improvements - Perform/coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets business needs before each product release - Build/validate business models and validate actuals versus targets to come up with new ideas to improve business performance - Drive digital performance MIS and tracking to ensure progress in various aspects of the business, such as traffic, conversions, repeat orders and so forth - Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross functional team members and provide updates to senior management 3. Requirements: The main requirements of the candidate are: - 3-5 years of associated work experience, preferably in digital business(es) e.g. e-commerce - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business from a reputable institute - Domain knowledge in the furniture/ home decor/ interior designing space is preferred - Ability to find innovative solutions to mitigate dependencies and risks for deliverables - Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that might occur - Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks - Excellent communication skills with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties - Working knowledge of tools like Microsoft Office, Visio - Experience with Confluence, Jira and Google Analytics, Firebase, Tableau, or Adjust is preferred Soft skills include: - Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment that provides a steep learning curve and lots of opportunities to grow and learn - Demonstrate resilience in an environment of ambiguity, go above and beyond the call of duty to grow and leave an impact, and come up with innovative and out-of-the-box ideas and solutions - Possess high integrity, capable of handling sensitive and confidential matters - Understand not just the 'why' and but also the 'how', and combine this knowledge with strong business acumen to create new processes geared towards the fast-paced world of home decor - Possess great communication and interpersonal skills and get along with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that work gets done If you fit in, pls mail your CV in Word format along with current & expected CTC, notice period to the mail-id below.
