Analyst - Descriptive Analytics - Healthcare/Medical

Responsibilities :

- This role supports the needs of the Global Commercial Analytics team with a focus on providing advanced descriptive analytics through visualization tools (currently Tableau).

- This position is responsible for building dashboards, data collection, data curation and presentations in order to measure the success of business strategies, provide accountability for field sales and enhance overall company performance.

- Specifically, supporting Commercial Reporting to build Tableau dashboards to inform business decisions and program/promotion descriptive analytics.

- Executes requests provided, based Descriptive Analytics consultants.

- Maintain an environment open to change and innovation, recognizing improvements in existing tools and anticipating new technologies to deliver world-class reporting/analytics and to maximize effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications :

- Advanced Tableau visualization and calculation skills required

- LOD, Parameters, Etc.

- Proven Analytical/Problem Solving Skills

- Ability to evaluate business process improvements

Minimum Educational Requirement :

- Bachelor's Degree required / PG plus

Additional Skills/Preferences :

- 3 + years working with reporting and data collection systems such as SAP(BO), Tableau, Analyzer, etc. including building, validating, maintaining and troubleshooting reports.

- Demonstrated excellence in Power Point

- Project management experience across multiple business functions.
