- Fresh CA having completed articleship from Big 4

- CA/MBA having experience in debt syndication

- CA with 2-4 years of work experience in due-diligence/modelling with a Big 4

- CA/MBA from mid/back office (equity research/treasury/finance) of a large investment bank looking to move to the business side (these candidates have got excellent excel skills)

- CA/MBA/Engineer from an organization that does Techno Economic Viability studies for banks (for eg Dun & Bradstreet

Role : Analyst - Debt Syndication

Experience in years 0-2

Preferred Qualifications CA or MBA from a reputed institution

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare Information Memorandums, Financial Models, CMA data, Project Reports, Business Models etc

- Effectively engage with clients to understand business model & key drivers of growth and to assimilate data for preparation of Information Memorandum

- Assist in the appraisal process with bankers

- Coordinate with TEV consultants, Advocates, Lenders- Independent Engineer and all other concerned parties in the transaction life cycle

- Assist in the entire gamut of post sanction activities such as Progress Report, Documentation, Security Creation, LIE report, CA certification, disbursement mechanism etc

Preferred Background - Superior capabilities in Excel, Word and Powerpoint - ability to create complex financial models and sharp presentations

- Superior research capabilities i.e. gathering and filtering of relevant information from the internet, newspapers, magazines, research reports and other sources

- Willingness to travel

- Excellent writing skills

- Willingness to work in a chaotic, entrepreneurial environment

- Keen to take on additional responsibilities and indulge in areas outside comfort zone

Remuneration:

- As per industry standards

- Commensurate annual performance bonus & increment
