Job Description :

Requirements :

- 4-5 years- experience in B2B customer- facing organizations

- Bachelor's/PG Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

- Strong experience in MS Excel, Databases, Customer-facing experience (Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience strongly preferred)

- Candidate must have Domestic or India client handling experience

- Proven experience in gathering requirements and testing

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Understanding the clients' requirements to develop proposals and suggest solutions to help them meet their business objectives.

- Determining project requirements and goals, defining the scope of the engagement and planning timelines.

- Working closely with technical teams to ensure towards smooth delivery of solutions.

- Working in a team of consultants and on various consulting engagements.

The Profile :

- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with experience in customer sucess

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

Working Days : 5 Days a Week
