Analyst - Customer Master Data - BFS/BPO (4-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- The Customer Master Data Steward will be responsible for daily maintenance of global customer master records, ensuring the highest integrity of Customer Master Data according to LS&Co data governance standards and established best practices.
- This position will be responsible for handling service requests from all geographic regions according to the established service level agreements (SLA's). This individual will regularly communicate with other LS&Co departments including Sales, OTC, Finance, Accounts Payable, and other stakeholders, providing clarity and information as part of delivering high-quality customer service.
- This individual will also continually seek process improvements in delivering customer value, and will participate in corporate initiatives as a subject matter expert if and when requested to do so.
As an Analyst, Customer Master Data, you must have :
- Overall, a high level understanding of the Customer Master, and its components supporting the LS & Co business.
- Strong understanding of Customer Master structure and business processes.
- Understand the broad business and potential global implications of Customer Master data.

As a Customer Master Data Analyst, you will perform the following main functions :
- Create and modify Customer Master records as requested for all regions.
- Manage daily and weekly work schedules to ensure maximum productivity.
- Prioritize work based on business needs.
- Tenaciously maintain Customer Master data quality.
- Enforce Data Governance rules as required in the regular course of work.
- Proactively resolve Customer Master data issues when encountered.
- Identify and escalate potential concerns related to Customer Master data and related business processes.
- Work closely with other team members to create a unified effort and deliver highest business value.
- Participate in business initiatives as a subject matter expert when required.
- Continually improve your professional skill sets.
- Meet or exceed SLAs
Qualifications :
- CA/ICWA/MBA with Minimum 3 years in a master data role, or related experience preferred
- 1 year in Managing Global data.
- Competence with SAP ECC Customer Master preferred
- Prior experience with SAP ERP, or a similar enterprise ERP system
- Competence with MS Office Suite
- Experience with one or more of the following preferred: MS SharePoint, MS InfoPath, Winshuttle
