Job Description
Skills
- Balance sheet and cash flow analysis, financial modeling in excel and structuring capabilities
- Working experience in deal execution, structuring and documentation
- Post investment analysis & Risk management
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in credit appraisal and risk function in a NBFC/ Bank
- 5 years experience as credit appraisal & Risk function in an Alternate Investment Fund
- Experience in a rating agency would be an added plus
Qualifications - CA/ MBA
