Analyst - Corporate Finance - FMCG

Objective:

Assist the Finance team in delivering effective financial management and high-quality financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop reports and dashboards to present financial data clearly and accurately to senior management.

- Compare the company's performance with market trends for benchmarking purposes.

- Analyze financial data to identify areas for performance improvement.

- Collaborate with internal accounts and business teams to prepare cash flow projections.

- Support fundraising efforts by developing financial models and creating investor materials such as teasers and information memorandums.

- Assist management in building and maintaining relationships with banking partners.

- Conduct financial due diligence for transactions and investments.

- Prepare financial forecasts for the company and its business segments.

- Coordinate with legal teams and financial advisors on deal structuring, documentation, and transaction execution.

- Create Management Information System (MIS) reports for internal stakeholders and investors.

- Assess the financial impact of new business initiatives and ensure proper treatment in reporting structures.

Skills & Competencies:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.

- Strong writing and reporting skills.

- Ability to identify trends and insights from financial data.

- Expertise in financial modeling and spreadsheet analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Effective team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA in Finance

Experience:

- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, investment banking, financial planning, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
