Analyst - Corporate Finance - Financial Advisory Firm - CA/CFA/IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Our client is a Financial Advisory firm that advises Corporates on Debt and Equity fundraising. They have a team of senior Bankers with extensive experience in Structured Credit, Private Equity and M&A advisory. We are looking to strengthen the team with someone who has 3-5 yers of post-qualification experience in the above areas

The role will involve :

- Assisting and working closely with the Senior Team Members in origination and execution of assignments with Corporates in areas of Structured Credit, Private Equity Syndication and Mergers & Acquisitions

- Preparing Information Memorandums [IMs], Financial Models and other such deal collaterals

- Dealing with, Transacting and Managing relationship and routine communication with a wide array of counter parties. These would include Private Equity Funds, Banks, Corporates, NBFCs,Structured Credit Funds etc

Key Criteria for shortlisting :

- CA or CFA [Preferred] / MBA [Finance]

- Experience of working in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance. Ideally, you should have worked in a similar profile in PE, M&A or Structured Finance

- Good understanding and experience of financial modeling, preparation of financial reports [IMs / Credit Notes etc]

- Strong Presentation & Communication Skills

- Ability and keenness to work in a small entreprneurial setup

Since the firm is not a Tier 1 Investment Bank, those who want to look at Top Tier or Large setups, should not apply for this role
