Analyst - Consumer Insight - Consumer Internet

Job Responsibilities:

- Analyzing customer behavior to figure out engagement frameworks for Company's Wealth and Money customers.

- Use internal and external data sources to help create right solutions for the customers.

- Be a partner to growth and product managers to unearth business opportunities and early signs of customer engagement / disengagement.

 -Help RM teams with figuring out offerings/ conversation tracks and other engagement opportunities.

- Strong ability to understand data, trends and insight extraction.

- Strong querying and dataset management skills.

Requirements:

- 5-7 years experience, in a fast growing Consumer Internet business would be preferable. Engineer / MBA

- Someone who has the technical skills to understand data and its sources (and limitations ), can write their own queries and extract data but is primarily focused on providing actionable insights to the Growth and Product Teams.
