Analyst/Consultant - Retail eCommerce Omni Channel

Principal Duties And Responsibilities:

The candidate shall be playing functional-analytics consulting roles with clients in Retail industry. Main responsibilities involve developing functional design, analysis and implementation experiences

Functional experience is required on any of the following enterprise ecommerce packages

- SAP hybris

- IBM Sterling Commerce

- Oracle ATG

The detailed responsibilities of a Digital/Analytics Consultant are:

- Perform detailed analysis of Business Processes & Requirements

- Collaborate with client team, business process architect and delivery team to drive solution architecture and ensure scalability, optimization and automation

- Design configurations and customizations of solutions

- Identify data for value realization, perform data analysis and develop business case

- Guide Change Management teams for planning transformation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree from a reputed institution (Engineering or IT domain)

- Business Management Degree from a reputed institution or Masters Qualification in Management of Information Systems - strongly preferred

Experience:

- Proven experience - with at least one retail industry project

- Evaluating, selecting, implementing, and integrating packaged solutions into a client system landscape and solution

- Functional knowledge and experience of retail & ecommerce processes, online customer journey, checkout and payment processes, product information management, forecasting, assortment, merchandising AND/OR category management

- Preparation of business scenarios, test cases, use cases & UAT scenarios

- Guiding distributed delivery teams to help understand and clarify requirements throughout all phases of the implementation project

- 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience in Consulting, Analytics or product implementation

- Ability to advise clients on business issues and build credibility to gain buy-in for solutions.

- Ability to interact with many levels of management, client organization and solution alliance partners - from senior IT and business leaders to engineers on project teams

- Holistic understanding of target industries and experience implementing best practices

- Excellent presentation and business proposal development skills

- Inter-personal skills, Team and Project Management skills

- Ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines

- Relevant experience in and / or certification from product vendors

- Willingness to travel as per project requirements

- Digital & Web marketing experience can be an additional advantage
