Experienced Analyst / Consultant – H&PS - Integrated Eligibility-USA

Level: Experienced Analyst / Consultant

Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon & Chennai. (Onsite opportunity for US)

Eligibility/ Work Permit: Valid Green card / US Citizenship / Permanent Residents / H1B Visa holders.

{Candidate should have US work permit with willingness to work in the US.}

Overall Purpose of Job

The individual will be responsible for delivery, providing solutions and participating in sales and proposals.

Responsibilities/Authorities

Engagement Management: Providing Solutions and delivering of projects.

Domain Development: Social Welfare, Integrated Eligibility within Human Services Industry

Experience:

- Candidate should be having good work experience in designing and developing an Integrated Eligibility system built upon service oriented architecture (SOA).

- Waterfall software development lifecycle model experience is preferred. Knowledge of Agile model is a plus.

- Extensive knowledge of health care administration, including Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) eligibility and enrollment processes and Affordable Care Act (ACA) is preferred.

- Work experience in one or more area of: Temporary assistance for needy families, child care programs, employment services, foster care, adoption assistance program, emergency assistance is a plus.

- An understanding of Client Registry Information System-Enhanced (CRIS-E) and US State program is plus.

Below are the core functions performed by the Analyst and Consultant.

- Ability to analyze and design business processes

- Ability to develop product requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community

- Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements

- Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards

- Mandatory participation in planning meetings, daily stand-ups, product demos, reviews, and feedback sessions

- Ability to remove business-related impediments raised by the team

- Flexible to learn new skills for documenting requirements and managing them

- Provide functional analysis on L2/L3 tickets

- A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience or deep industry experience is required.

- It would be highly desirable for the person to have a good understanding and experience in welfare and eligibility implementation projects

- An excellent, established track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements.

- Experience working with project leadership and government officials

- A Computer Science or Engineering Bachelor is required.
