Position: Analyst (&lt;=3yrs relevant exp)/ Consultant (&gt;3 yrs relevant exp) Location: Delhi NCR Joining : Immediate to 30 days Interview process : i) 2/3 Telephonic rounds and ii)Personal Interview Responsibilities: - Interact with clients and leads to capture business requirement - Define project scope and deliverables that support business goals - Collaborate with delivery team and analytics practice lead to deliver projects - Design analytical solution to client's problems, identify data requirements, develop plan and delivery results in a time-bound fashion - Develop innovative solutions to complex & challenging problems - Audit deliverables to make sure that they are accurate and meet requirements by critically examining the data - Travel to client locations, as per the requirements Required Skills (Must Have): - Hands on experience in developing predictive models in some of these areas - Risk Models, Survival Analysis, Churn, Price Optimization, Text Mining, NLP - Proficient in R, Python or SAS - Ability to engage clients to understand business requirements and convert the same into technical/modelling problems for solution development - Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a comfort interacting with clients from the C-suite to technical specialists - Ability to present results of statistical models in business language - Expert in handling large data, cleansing & preparation for modelling Required Skills (Good to Have): - Good Domain understanding of BFSI Industry - Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView, etc.) and Excel/VBA is a plus - Knowledge of Data Management, ETL, Cloud Computing is a plus
