We are hiring for a leading Consulting Organization based at Mumbai/ Gurgaon/ Bangalore,
Position: HR Transformation/HR Strategy Role
Females required - OPEN FOR TRAVELLING
- 1-7 yrs in HR transformation projects
Role & Responsibilities :
- Involved in HR Transformation projects and provide suggestions wherever required.
- Will be handling client directly and helping them in providing suggestions for Improvements in HR Processes.
- Experience in working on long-term transformation projects and interventions at an organizational level. This would involve project planning, requirement gathering, organization and process design, implementation support across the HR service delivery model
- Involvement in planning and executing organization-wide change programs, or change initiatives for specific projects/journeys for systems or processes
- Stakeholder management, Process design and benchmarking, PMO, change management, payroll transitioning, manpower planning, performance management,
- Identified and highlighted automation opportunities and Key customer moments across -activities in HR Processes
