Job Summary:-

- To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients along Agribusiness - Proteins (Meat, Poultry, Pork, Beef) / Dairy / Food Processing industry to help them raise their performance to new heights. 

- To work with leading Agribusiness- Protein companies, major customers and suppliers to develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Impart strong functional knowledge and guidance to Client and project teams.

- The consultant/analyst must be able to perform responsibilities across client delivery, thought leadership, practice development, capability development and offshore support

- Efficiently work for assignments along the Agribusiness - Proteins key segments - Meat processing, backward integration, Meat supply chain, Business transformation, and Sourcing and Grower development.Similar engagements are also expected in Dairy / Food Processing / Commodity Trading sectors

- To be able to deliver potential solutions along Producer services, Supply chain strategies, Operational excellence, Process optimization, System implementation, Commodity trading and risk management, Plant services, Sustainability and Business transformation for clients in Agribusiness

- Support and help in business development and marketing activities to grow the Agribusiness consulting practice within.

Requirement - Experience and Qualifications:

- Masters Degree

- A minimum of 4 years (for Consultant level) and 2+ years (for Analyst level) of progressive industry (MNC companies) and/or consulting experience in the Agribusiness - Proteins (Meat, Poultry, Pork, Beef) / Dairy / Food Processing, and preferably in the sourcing/ Processing/supply chain/ Sales and farming related Industries.

- Should have worked primarily in all or few of the key industry areas such as Farmer services, Supply chain strategies, Operational excellence, Process optimization, System implementation, Commodity trading and risk management, Plant services, Sustainability and Business transformation.

- Should have very clear understanding of the value chains of Agribusiness - Proteins (Meat, Poultry, Pork, Beef) / Dairy / Food Processing Industries.

- Have strong industry knowledge and willingness to learn.
