As Analyst - Compensation & Benefits, you will be working with the C&B Head on end-to-end rewards and talent management philosophy for an organization that is scaling up rapidly. You will execute path-breaking people practices in C&B and problem-solve across diverse domains.


You will work on impactful interventions like implementation of a Organisation-wide leveling framework, continuous bench marking and updation of key policies and benefits and set up of a meritocratic talent management and compensation policy. You will also provide analytical recommendations on individual cases and exceptions. The role involves working with stakeholders across the board to ensure our practices are in tune with our culture and relevant externalities.

- A subject matter expert : You are competent in frameworks and best practices in compensation, benefits and talent management.

Salary Offered : 25-35 LPA
