Analyst Investment Banking Operations -Corporate/Commercial Banking exposure Primary Location : Mumbai Description Job Title: Analyst Investment Ops Location: Mumbai Introduction: This is an Analyst role within Third Party Distribution, Portfolio Management Services (TPD PMS) team of Wealth Operations provide operational support to Private Bank and Overseas Services of India. What will you be doing? - Supporting TPD PMS Operations for all products offered by Wealth. Mainly execution and processing of M, Equity, Managed Product transactions. - Ensure BAU is performed as per the SLA and in controlled manner to avoid any errors or audit observations. - To resolve the breaks identified in various reconciliations i.e. Mutual Fund AUM recon, Demat recon etc and in timely manner and outstanding breaks are reported appropriately to ORC or relevant stakeholders. - Also ensure that breaks identified in control queries are closed in timely manner. - Ensure timely sign off of client reports to client reporting team and timely resolution of queries raised by FO/product team. - To take accountability and responsibility to meet business expectations and achieve client report accuracy. - Support product/Business management team in setting up operational process for new products. - Recommend and Develop solutions on Process improvement and reoccurring issues within operational groups. - Should be familiar with local regulation of security market and processing of Mutual Fund transactions. - Should closely work with BDC and Technology team to resolve gaps identified in Project Himalaya and implement process change to meet client report accuracy. - Ensuring and Adherence to Risk Management and Control framework and AML guidelines. Also ensure segregation of client money and assets properly maintained.
