Analyst/Associate - Investment Banking

The candidate shall be responsible for assisting the leadership team in conducting & taking lead in industry research, market mapping and preparing mandate pitches.

- The candidate will be a part of an end- to- end deal making cycle for multiple sell- side/ buy-side mandates.

- Over the years, candidates should aspire to move up the ladder, with the growing organization in building up and leading own teams independently.

For Analyst/Associate position :

1. Creating a well-rounded information base around the select vertical(s) and the businesses that allows the team to identify key trends, drivers, viewpoint on the future trajectory, etc.

2. Comfortable in undertaking multi-source research from databases, analyst coverages, industry and company reports

3. Participation with the team in potential clients and investors outreach

4. Preparing Pitches for prospective deal situations with strong qualitative and quantitative aspects clearly bringing out our understanding of the client's target market and industry landscapes, financial analysis & valuations, business benchmarking, etc.

5. Financial analysis: Analysis and interpretation of financial statements including preparing trading and transaction comparable, modeling & valuations and benchmarking for companies.

Deal Execution

1. Collateral preparation including detailed financial model, investor memorandum, valuation materials, data book with analysis and insights.

2. Manage the due diligence process, gradually front end the relationship with the respective client representatives

3. Assist in the overall deal coordination with the Associate and senior team in engagement tracking, reporting and housekeeping (maintaining updated client agreements, NDAs, OPEs, etc.)

Experience : Min 1-4 years of relevant work experience

Qualification: MBA/CA/B.Com/BBA/BSc Finance/Suitable Graduate degree- Preference
