Analyst/Associate - Fund Accounting - Global Alternative Asset Management Firm

Our client is one of the leading global alternative asset management firm (buy-side)

The position would report to the global fund controller and be responsible for:

- Monthly and quarterly reporting, preparation and review for quarterly fund level and investor reporting

- Review of administrator monthly reports

- Periodic evaluation of fund performance in alignment with regulatory standards

- Overlooking expense analysis and fund budgeting

- Support in the periodic valuation process

- Liaising with external auditors with regards to fund audit

- Maintaining accounting records on the system and reconciling it with the administrator records.

The successful candidate would-

- Be a qualified CA / MBA (Finance) Graduate with 2-6 years of post-qualification experience

- Must have relevant experience in either of the below:

a. accounting for a buy side fund or

b. statutory audit for a PE/AIF/VC fund with a Big 4 or

c. working with a Fund Accounting Service Provider
