Our client a reputed and known mid-market investment bank is looking to expand their team by adding professionals who have experience in investment Banking Designation : Analyst / Associate Sector :&nbsp;Healthcare sector Work Experience &amp; requirement (mandatory) : - 2 to 4 years of investment banking experience with track record of working across M&amp;A/ fund raise. - Should have managed end-to-end deal life cycle - Should have successfully closed at least 1 transaction. - Strong financial modeling and analysis capability &amp; valuation methodologies - Experience in working with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Power Point) - Passion to learn, ability to multi task and willingness to work in situation that will entail tight deadlines - Strong communication and presentation skills Preferred Academic Qualification : - MBA / CA (not very particular on pedigree, more particular about relevant work experience &amp; Skills) Job Description : - Develop investment pro-formas &amp; financial models, research &amp; analyze financial data, develop financial reports. - Conduct research, analyze information and determine valuation as per prevalent norms through various methods. - Support the leadership team in deal pursuits, collateral preparation (including but not limited to pitch books, IMs, PPMs, and company profiles) and supporting business development activities. - Performing sector scoping to identify potential sellers and buyers, Meeting prospective clients for a potential sell-side/ buy-side transaction opportunity.
