Job Description:
This position requires good familiarity with a broad range of quantitative/analytical techniques to help clients improve their business decisions. Candidate will work on projects in sales & marketing space such as multi-channel marketing effectiveness, sales force effectiveness, marketing mix analysis, segmentation, response modelling, design of experiments (test/control analysis) etc. Individual should possess aptitude to understand business context and apply statistical and AI/ML tools and techniques suitable for the project assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects in areas of Multi-Channel Marketing Effectiveness, Sales Force Effectiveness, Marketing Mix Modelling, Channel Responsiveness, Prescriber Network Analysis
- Carry out exploratory data analysis, data extraction and transformation as prerequisite to any leading statistical work
- Manage / help managing projects, which includes planning and execution, along with communication and resolution of issues associated with day-to-day interactions with the clients' business unit/onsite client contact
- Assist project manager in creating insightful reports and deliverables that provide strategic recommendations to clients and other stakeholders based on model artefacts
- Explore and develop innovative methodologies which enhance efficacy of existing solutions to business problems
Skills Required:
- Data Scientist with statistical modelling experience of approximately 1 to 4 years of experience, in Pharma/Healthcare/CPG analytics
- Hands-on experience with R or Python is mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Ability to work with visualization tools e.g. Tableau, PowerBI etc. will be considered good to have skill-set
- Experience working with pharma companies and pharma datasets is a plus along with some experience in AI/ML techniques
