Analyst/Associate/AVP/VP - Analytics - BFSI

Our client is a leading global Financial Services Company having analytics centre in India.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Identification of business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solving for them using business, statistical and data analysis to make strategic recommendations.

- Conceptualize and develop world class data products that typically leverage Machine Learning applied on structured and unstructured data.

- Developing frameworks, hypotheses, tests, analysis, and options, scoping operational feasibility, leading implementation efforts, and developing a monitoring plan.

- Working closely with business leaders across all businesses and geographies.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 1-10 years of experience in managing data driven decision making and problem-solving roles. Exposure to working on large data sets along with Machine Learning and quantitative analytics is mandatory.

- Degree in B. Tech/ MBA/ Statistics/ Economics from premier institutes like Indian Institutes of Technology, Indian Institutes of Management, Indian Institute of Science, and Indian Statistical Institute

- The incumbent should display strong problem-solving skills along with intense focus on achieving both short- and long-term goals.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written along with strong interpersonal skills is a must have.
