Purpose of Department - Analytics-Risk team is responsible for developing integrated risk strategies, management information reporting, providing business inferences and supporting the modelling \ forecasting needs. Job Description - This role provides Management Information and analyses to the France Credit Risk team using customer \ operational data.The primary responsibilities would be: - Responsible for France RBWM Risk deliverables with end to end report generation, report comprehension and data management of Risk reporting for France RBWM Risk. This information is used to facilitate strategy development by the Risk committees, board members, CRO and COOs for region, country and Group. - Use Group/Regional data source systems - SAS, Cognos, data bases like DB2 and various data marts, for data cleaning, collation, auditing to produce strategic MI reports and to perform the necessary analysis to highlight key findings such as breaches from key risk parameters within Risk Strategy. - Streamline SAS codes,automate them and bring efficiencies in the process - Along with delivery of reports with 100% quality and TAT, the most important responsibility is to inculcate process efficiency with automation and standardization, resulting in cost savings for the department. - Assist onshore team with creating standardized templates, testing and rolling out as per the Risk committee and Portfolio Review pack reporting requirements. - Recruit, on-board, train, coach, develop talent and proactively retain high performing team members of analytics - Maintain adequate engagement of team members and continuously strive to improve quality &amp; timeliness of team ndeliverables - Responsible for end-to-end project management and hands on delivery when required. He/she should ensure productivity and output of the team should fall in line with the stated SLAs. Monthly monitoring and review of all projects with stakeholders to ensure that all stated SLAs are met - Work with multiple customers/functions on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in a timely, efficient and effective manner. - Manage relationship with key stakeholders in the Business (Onshore and Offshore) to build confidence in team and enable stakeholder's investment in development of the team - Establish and maintain effective relationship with business areas and identify areas of service improvements by implementing regular calls and feedback mechanism. - Drive Analytics wide initiatives such as Recruitment and Process-efficiency - Responsible for conceptualizing, designing and implementing QA/QC framework for identified processes and ensures adherence and constant improvement Skills/Experience Required INTERNAL - 4 year Bachelor's or Master's degree from reputed University with concentration on finance, economics or other quantitative field such as statistics or engineering. - Strong analytical skills with 5+ years of proven business analysis experience or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations preferred. - Advanced knowledge of SAS, SQL and other equivalent analytical tools is necessary. VBA knowledge is preferred. - Ability to comprehend intricate and diverse range of business problems and analyze them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution framework. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in cross-functional teams. - Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success
