Analyst/Assistant Manager - Disclosures & Compliance - Financial Services (4-6 yrs)
A leading global financial services group is looking to hire an Analyst with 4 - 6 years of experience in Disclosures & Compliance requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure efficient identification of global regulatory updates and implement them for daily monitoring and disclosures for Sensitive industry and other Major shareholdings disclosure requirements.
- Responsible to derive Disclosures & Compliance projects, reviews and prepare business requirement documents and assist IT team in developing IT infrastructure. As well responsible to conduct UATs and complete testing documents.
- Perform data interviews, escalate potential issues to stakeholders and follow up with IT as necessary until data is satisfactorily obtained and signed off by the region
- Work independently with IT and senior stakeholders with minimal supervision to perform front to back review for the data, system and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for accurate threshold calculation as per procedural methodology and identify threshold breach due to Corporate actions, change in Static data or Global market transactions.
- Ensure appropriate disclosures records are maintained and procedures are updated relating to the process
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory, as are good tact and diplomacy, as the role requires constant communication with many senior stakeholders and IT teams
- Provide assistance to IT, development team, in developing IT tools and applications as SME from the process.
