Analyst - Angel Investor/Venture Capital (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities and Duties :
- The core responsibility includes doing business and financial research and diligence on startups that are raising capital, analyzing in depth their industry, competition, and creating a detailed research note.
- Performing due diligence, engaging with founders and liaison with the legal counsel in deal closure
- Research on deals, trends, transactions in startup early stage ecosystem
- Doing industry networking across various industries where the fund has exposure.
Qualifications :
- Education level -graduate/ Post Graduate
- Experience - At least 2 years of work experience at a Venture Capital in research or in business consulting.
- Specific skills - Proficiency in English is a must.
- Personal characteristics - team player, perseverant, passionate about investing
