Job Description :
- We are seeking an AR Analyst to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for performing AR follow-up with customers, sending statement of account (SOA) to customers, and collecting payment advice and short payment details.
- The goal is to minimize DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), account balances over 90 days past due and unapplied payments, while increasing percent current.
- The AR Analyst will also be responsible for minimizing bad debt write-offs and maximizing cash receipts while being sensitive to internal and external customers.
- The AR Analyst will use collections metrics to monitor success and adjust collections strategies when appropriate.
- They will also promote strong collaborative relationships between the collection's teams and all other staples internal teams, especially sales, accounts receivable, and customer service.
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree and previous experience in an AR Analyst role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
