Role In The Organization:

- We are seeking a Sr. Paid Media Manager with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in running high-budget campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- We specialize in large-scale real estate marketing campaigns, including end-to-end project launches and marketing efforts tailored to the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Campaign Execution:

- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies specifically tailored to real estate developers' marketing objectives.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align paid media efforts with overall real estate marketing goals and client deliverables.

- Drive month-on-month performance improvement to ensure higher ROI for real estate campaigns.

Campaign Management:

- Planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting, budget allocation, spend optimization, and campaign performance for the real estate sector.

- Create compelling strategies for branding, lead generation, and conversion campaigns tailored for high-ticket real estate sales.

Client-Focused Approach:

- Understand client objectives, analyze real estate-specific metrics, and provide solutions for better campaign efficiency and ROI.

- CPL, CPQL Site visits, bookings, etc

- Work closely with Business Development teams to provide media insights for pitches and presentations.

- Present detailed campaign reports and insights to maintain strong client relationships and ensure transparency.

Performance & Optimization:

- Ensure seamless implementation of tracking tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and CRM integrations (Sell Do).

- Optimize campaigns across the paid marketing funnel - from creative strategy to targeting and tracking conversions.

Revenue Mapping & SOP Implementation:

- Map individual and team revenue performance against media commissions/media spends handled.

- Develop frameworks to scale campaign performance and ensure the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Focus on maximizing client retention through optimized campaign strategies and enhanced performance delivery.

Team Training & Management:

- Drive a team of 7-8 people, ensuring technical expertise in paid media for real estate campaigns.

- Develop training schedules for team members, ensuring alignment with technical, analytics, and reporting skillsets.

- Set and track OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for the team, ensuring timely completion and measurable improvement in efficiency.

Staying Updated with Industry Trends:

- Stay abreast of changes in algorithms, industry trends, and emerging technologies specific to the real estate marketing space.

- Implement best practices in paid media campaigns to maximize MROI (Marketing Return on Investment) for real estate clients.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders about campaign performance, improvements, and strategic changes.

- Collaborate with Channel Partner and Developer Relations teams to align marketing objectives across the real estate ecosystem.

Key Metrics For Success:

- ROI on marketing campaigns and media spends.

- Efficiency in achieving lead generation and site visit targets for real estate developers.

- Client satisfaction and retention rates.

- Performance of team-driven campaigns against benchmarks.

- Implementation of processes and SOPs to improve team efficiency.

Interpersonal Attributes:

- Self-driven and motivated to achieve campaign success in the competitive real estate market.

- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively under tight deadlines.

- Strong leadership skills to manage teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver results.

- Agency background with a focus on real estate marketing is highly preferred.
