AMS Lead - SAP Program Management - FMCG (13-20 yrs)
Role - GMS Lead Asia
Reports to - CIO Asia

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, control and execute Program (a series of Projects) requirements following company-prescribed process to ensure business objectives are met.
- Manage overall application Maintenance and Support for Asia Pacific region with the help of team and contractors.
- Work with BRM (Business relationship Managers)and customers to align priorities and ensure deliveries with help of functional and technical resources.
- Work with Project Managers and Business Process Owners to develop project plans, detailing work breakdown structures and critical path.
- Think strategically to come up with value additions to businesses to improve and gain operational efficiencies, Growth and Innovation.
- Work with Global product organization to deliver IoT enabled solutions integrated with SAP.
- Manage vendor relationships and leverage vendors for service delivery as appropriate.

Key Deliverables
- Provide leadership on IT strategy, support, and services
- Represent the IT function in the company on key projects and business initiatives
- Leading the business with innovative IT capabilities that help differentiate company products and enhance our relationship with consumers.
- Manage Support team and deliver application support adhering to SLA- s
- Plan and deliver prioritized enhancement work as per agreed timelines
Competencies/ Education Requirements/Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Requirement :
- 13+ Years
- Relevant experience in IT and SAP Implementation
- Preferred SAP Certification
- Preferred Manufacturing/Consumer Durables/Goods
FUNCTIONAL
- Strong competence in SAP, Digital and Analytics portfolio
- Abreast with new technologies and industry strategies in order to identify opportunities to improve the business value of IT.
- Good understanding of Application Development
- Successful track record of managing and delivering major projects and programs (in particular Regional/global initiatives)
