About the role: - As a Head, Online Marketing for AMPM, you will lead the digital marketing function based in New Delhi. - We are looking for a growth hacker who brings on board around 4-7 years of experience and can build and drive an Online Marketing team to get exponential growth in new client acquisition through marketing campaigns, website usability, search engine optimization, email marketing, pay per click, social media, and content marketing. - Key responsibility is to grow revenue through online channels. Primary KPIs include online revenue, traffic, new customer growth, - Building and leading an online marketing team that excels in building the digital brand of AMPM in India and eventually around the world. - Website positioning (to reflect luxury brand) and management: goal is two have two, possibly three websites targeting different geographies. Constantly focus on page optimization to reduce bounce /exit rates and improve conversion rates. Review and analyze the performance of the websites and develop plans to improve customer attraction and retention Strong inclination on building and maintaining performance across online channels including: - In-depth understanding of Google paid advertisements and experience in managing marketing performance for markets outside India a strong plus. - Using in-house created content in generating leads and service awareness. - Managing various agencies for SEO and pat per click - Managing CRM activities such that customers are being served appropriately based on their persona - Manage customer service team to ensure zero complaints and continuously improving processes. - Working with offline marketing and sales team to push traffic to offline stores through geo-fencing and geo-targeting - Keep up with the latest trends in web design and user experience research as well as promote best practices for the luxury industry - Be an advocate for user experience and drive campaigns/projects from conceptualization to delivery Key requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a digital marketing role post-MBA. - Proven digital marketing experience in consumer goods in India - Solid understanding of online marketing tools - Prior experience in setting up OMNI channel marketing and driving strategy through client personas, and social media advertisement Website: https://www.ampm.in Location: Noida
