Amplus Energy Solutions - Finance & Accounting Role - Electric Vehicle Segment (3-6 yrs)

1. Financial Data Analysis:

- Develop clear understanding of key business drivers, analyse key financial metrics, provide value add analysis, support to sales / finance management

- Analysing various aspects of business viz, revenues, costs and projects etc. by developing data-driven measurements of business performance in collaboration with management

- Partner with finance / business management teams, identify and track appropriate performance measures, key performance indicators and associated drivers

- Proactive in reviewing financial information, identifying exceptions / inconsistencies, initiating action and follow-up for logical closure

- Real-time tracking of all key financial parameters such as liquidity position, receivable & payable ageing, asset turnover ratios, etc.

2. Accounting:

- Co-ordinate with central accounting team for periodical preparation and finalisation of accounts

- Facilitate for any coordination required with statutory auditors

- Track recording & reporting of all transactions in compliance with IndAS

- Facilitate in all internal coordination for ensuring statutory compliances with regards to direct & indirect tax laws

- Streamlining of various accounting MIS to be reported to the management highlighting the Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flows

3. Budget & Budgetary Control:

- BU wise / Location wise / Customer-wise profitability analysis with respect to Budgets

- Capital expenditure evaluation and vetting

- Fund and liquidity management

4. MIS:

- Creating informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting & dashboards that highlight relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with functional management teams and key business stakeholders to design, develop metrics

- Reporting of various reports including compliances against various plans and budgets

- Provide daily updates / flash to finance and sales management on the close progress

- Prepare financial information & analysis for business reviews / presentations with key highlights

5. Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Participate in all forecast discussions and highlight risk / opportunities with appropriate analysis

- Ownership of expenses forecast for the business by using trend analysis, operational targets, procurement projections, new business investments, etc. for better P&L management

- Support business finance manager/business leader in simulation of revenue projections and corresponding expenses working including working out margin protection / improvement plans

- Analysing new investment opportunities across companies & assets to compliment current operations including understanding all commercial terms, plotting the business projections, engaging with stakeholders, facilitating in negotiating terms, making management reports and presentations, etc.

6. Billing & Invoicing:

- Coordinate with the centralised team for timely billing and invoicing to external parties

7. Other Ad-hoc Work:

- Preparation of presentations and reports with regards to business performances or any new initiatives

- Co-ordination with internal and external stake-holders to collate information relating specific deliverables
