Role : Manager HR ( PMS )
Job Description :
- To execute the KRA , KPI balance score card etc..
- To partner with Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Team to execute all TM interventions (PIP, PDP, etc)
- To create & maintain Standard Operating Procedure document
- To share analysis on PMS with Business
- Share PMS learning Feedback / surveys & chalk out clear action plans
- To provide training & refresher workshops related to PMS.
