Ameyo - Presales Consultant (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibility Area:
The role involves understanding customer existing business processes and requirements. Provide pre-sales support for Sales Managers and Account Managers. RFI/ RFP/ RFQ responses via solution documentation and have in-person/remote meetings/solution presentations to customers.
1. Ability to understand customer's requirements, create an appropriate solution, and drive demos.
2. Excellent written and Verbal communication
3. Provide solutions to Enterprise customers
4. Ability to understand and work on RFPs
5. Strong Comprehensive and analytical abilities
6. Proactive and open to ramp-up on new products/technologies/offerings on an ongoing basis.
Preference for Professional background:
1. Prior experience of coding and SDLC understanding is good to have
2. Pre-sales Experience in a Software product based company.
3. Knowledge of Contact Centre Technologies, Networking, Voice, Telecom will be an advantage.
1. Create proposal responses and other documents such as SoW, solution presentation etc.
2. Conducting and driving solution presentations and demos independently of our product offerings
3. Managing Pilots, Prototypes and custom product demonstrations
