Ameyo - Presales Consultant (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibility Area:
The role involves understanding customer existing business processes and requirements. Provide pre-sales support for Sales Managers and Account Managers. RFI/ RFP/ RFQ responses via solution documentation and have in-person/remote meetings/solution presentations to customers.
- Ability to understand customer's requirements, creates an appropriate solution, and drive demos.
- Excellent written and Verbal communication
- Ability to understand and work on RFPs
- Strong Comprehensive and analytical abilities
- Proactive and open to ramp-up on new products/technologies/offerings on an ongoing basis.
Preference of Professional background:
- Prior experience in coding and SDLC understanding.
- Pre-sales Experience in a Software product based company.
- Knowledge of Contact Centre Technologies, Networking, Voice, and Telecom will be an advantage.
- Create proposal responses and other documents such as SoW, solution presentation etc.
- Conducting and driving solution presentations and demos independently of our product offerings
- Managing Pilots, Prototypes and custom product demonstrations
- Requirement gathering to understand customer business requirements and prepare appropriate solution response/SoW.
