Expectations from the role: 1. Escalation Management : - Coordinating between customer and delivery/ support teams for facilitating, bridging the communication gap and managing escalations to gain the customer Trust. 2. Relationship Management : - Maintaining a good relationship with customers to get the blockers removed, get insights and references. 3. Upsell : - To be able to understand the domain, technology, product (use-case) and features. 4. Cross-sell : - Should be able to work on leads to generate interest and opportunities; do manage opportunities and sail-through the customer's buying process to close deals.
