Senior Manager - Quality &amp; Supply Chain Manager (Aerospace/Engineering/ Healthcare Domain) Ametek Instruments India Pvt. Ltd is currently searching for a Quality &amp; Supply Chain Manager to join their team. Candidates must have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills and an overall strong quality focus. They must be able to work within cross-functional teams to meet and improve upon established quality and delivery goals. A minimum of three years of quality assurance experience is desired. Responsibilities include : - Lead/Manage supplier performance improvement efforts aligned to department and organizational goals - Conduct root cause analysis, ensuring that corrective measures and deviation meet acceptable reliability standards - Interface with customers, suppliers and various company departments to resolve quality problems - Lead supplier audit preparation, audit, and audit resolution - Lead resolution of supplier quality issues, including manufacturing/program support - Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement events relating to Quality and Delivery improvements - Provide project management guidance and support to projects and processes - Develop solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation. - Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results - Create powerful, multi-functional networks, both internal and external client - Provide project management support for multiple, complex audit projects and related teams - Develop standard work and templates for Supply Chain Quality Assurance Engineer processes Must Have Requirements: Desired Skills : - Experience with AS9100, or similar, Quality Management System (QMS) standards - Supplier Management, Project Management and Change Management experience - Experience with continuous improvement, APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, 9S, etc. - Strong presentation skills - able to analyze and present data to all levels of leadership - Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Qualifications : - BE / B.Tech degree is must, Masters/post-graduate degree would be added advantage but - A minimum of 15 years experience in Quality Assurance (A background in research and development, design engineering, manufacturing engineering, or product/component engineering is also acceptable) as well as experience with Root Cause Analysis is required.
