Position Description:
Main responsibilities:
- Manage a growing team of 12 people to provide support to the AMETEK Business Units with Digital Marketing strategy and initiatives
- Support the AMETEK Business Units with planning, designing, executing, analyzing and optimizing Website performance, Paid Search (SEM), and Organic Search (SEO) programs
- Analyze and benchmark Marketing Automation and Email marketing programs and provide expertise to the AMETEK Business Units on how to optimize results
- Drive our efforts to standardize and deliver on reporting requirements of the Business Units
- Analyze marketing programs and identifying areas of improvement to continuously increase the return of investment
- Support the AMETEK organizations in implementing identified improvements with sufficient reporting of KPI- s
- Provide summaries of the program's results and ROI to Business Unit marketing professionals, Business Unit Manager, and AMETEK executive management

Vice President of Commercial Excellence and Marketing
Internally interacts with:
The candidate will interface with several functions in our organization including Business Unit Marketing Leaders, Corporate Marketing Leaders, Sales and external agencies
Position Requirements: Qualifications:
- Academic degree and 3-5 years team lead experience within Digital Marketing
- Experience managing a team of Digital Marketing specialists
- Google Adwords and Analytics Qualification and/or strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, A/B testing, AdWords, Display and Search Engine Optimization
- Strong understanding of CMS (ideally Sitecore) and CRM (ideally Salesforce) platforms
- Working knowledge of databases, SQL, email marketing and/or Marketing Automation tools are major advantages
