Product Manager (Technology) - American Swan

- Responsible for new product planning, executing and delivering world class products on the web and mobile platforms. The product management function follows a methodical lean management approach to product management. Our goal is to find out how we can take the product to the next level while executing small experiments to improve the important user metrics.

- Owns strategy and roadmap for an eCommerce business.

- Single point of contact for eCommerce products.

- Define complete product requirement of eCommerce web and mobile platforms.

- Manage the complete product development strategy for eCommerce front end and back end systems such as check out flow, discount engine, CRM, CMS and merchant panel systems.

- Manage long term product strategy of selling products and services through the online eCommerce platform.

- Takes strategic decision of licencing open source /licensed products widely available in the market to improve time to market.

- Stake holder management.

- Ability to understand and discuss technical aspect of the solutions with technical architects.

- Passionate about technology and should have used technology to solve business problems in previous organizations.

- Work with category, logistics and operations team to define product requirements

- Have knowledge of catalog management, order management and vendor manager in eCommerce domain.

- Design and run beta / pilot programs with early-stage products and product iteration cycle.

- Establish strong product management processes, run daily, weekly reviews.

- Provide innovative/3rd party solutions for Reporting, Analytics and CRM for E-commerce skills and expertise.

- MBA, B.Tech from premium institute with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

- Exposure in eCommerce industry preferred.
