Job Description: - In an attempt to create an opportunity for learning and development, we are pleased to open the Team Captain Position. - The objective of creating this job opportunity is to identify and develop a talent which would support business needs as well as focus on specialized development. - The selected candidates will go through a structured on-the job development process that will include managing the floor, inventory handling, coaching and feedback, strategizing and implementing process improvements etc. Responsibilities : Selected candidates may continue to be in their core job as per business need and will be expected to deliver on the following : - Subject matter expertise that reduces preventable volume to better serve our customers - Provide insight to Team Leaders on where to focus development efforts to drive extraordinary results. - Floor Support &amp; Handling Escalations - Lead and maintain employee satisfaction and morale by using segment level Reward / Recognition tools available - Provide clarifications required in terms of policies and procedures - Responsible for 100% compliant environment across the function/portfolio - Reporting (Daily, Weekly and Monthly Quality Reports and Metrics) - Bringing about Innovation and Change in terms of Driving Performance - Handling a group of FTE's and managing their performance and development Qualifications : Qualifications : - Must have strong knowledge of INDIA Corporate Card member processes. - Proficient with Coaching &amp; feedback. - Knowledge of American Express policies &amp; procedures - Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word - Must have excellent relationship building skills, written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal and listening skills and the ability to explain tasks in a clear and concise manner (posting will serve as an example of written skills) - Must be comfortable making decisions and recommendations in unclear circumstances and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively while progressing through work concurrently. - Must have strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and with limited supervision. - Demonstrated dependability/self-motivated and committed to drive results with professional business maturity. - Ability to evaluate card members financial and account data to make sound business decision. - Lead Change Management. - Unconditional flexibility (days/hours worked) Job type- Permanent The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
