Description

This role will work closely with the Vice President leading Servicing Communications, Workforce Enablement, GBS Technology organization and the leader of Technology India Campus. This role will be a critical member of the Servicing Communications, Workforce Enablement, GBS Technology Leadership Team and the Technology India Campus Leadership Team. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic planning for the portfolio along with leading key strategic initiatives with excellent leadership and portfolio management skills.

For the India Campus, this individual will play a key role and will oversee, on behalf of the Campus Leader, several management routines and goals for Technology India. This could include coordinating various events and initiatives across the campus, such as, Campus visits from various AXP Senior Executives, Technology Colleague Town halls, Engineering Roundtables, Colleague engagement initiatives for the campus etc.

Primary responsibilities for the role include:

- Leading and monitoring progress against key priorities for the portfolio.

- Demonstrating a high degree of discretion with respect to confidential information

- Creating impactful presentations by identifying, gathering, synthesizing and assessing a variety of data along preparing senior level presentations as well as town hall decks

- Proactively developing strong working relationships with various stakeholders including peers, colleagues, leadership and business partners.

- Applies judgment and discretion on when to raise issues versus work through issues with the team

- Coordinating staff meetings and business reviews, capturing key messages and ensure follow-up of all requirements and action items

- Managing headcount for the function, maintaining accuracy of the information along with providing portfolio oversight

- Ability to interface with all levels and create clear and concise communications for a global audience.

- Leading colleague engagement efforts across the portfolio and the Technology India Campus with a great level of engagement and involvement across various campus activities.

Qualifications

- Experience in managing day to day priorities for Vice President

- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and budgeting required.

- Excellent project and portfolio management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with a great agile mindset.

- Must have the ability to handle multiple assignments and provide clear direction and time deadlines to team leaders worldwide

- Demonstrated collaboration and change facilitation experience of cross functional group in a matrix environment along with the ability to influence senior leaders and achieve results through others, without direct authority

- Provide strategic thought leadership; possess ability to learn quickly and - connect the dots- to drive results, working with minimal direction

- High level of integrity and confidentiality; ability to handle highly sensitive information with unwavering discretion

- 3-5 years experience with creating the desired message to an target audience through various communication vehicles (e.g. Presentation, Town hall, Round Table, Leadership Meetings)

- Possess excellent people skills, able to build relationships across geographies/locations and leverage those through collaboration and partnership to drive results

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience leading and facilitating colleague engagement initiatives

- Advanced experience with delivering products/tools with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Confluence

- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree / MBA Preferred or has equivalent work experience
