Job Description : Function Description : - The Regulatory Reporting Delivery Service Management (RRDSM) team is responsible for supporting the collection, validation and transformation of data required for regulatory reporting. This team must have a holistic view of the data sources, processes, outputs and the ability to trouble-shoot and resolve problems related to the numerous data sources being interfaced into the RRD. Purpose of the Role : - This analyst role is responsible for supporting the Regulatory Reporting data and processes, and analytics and governance processes and maintaining the relevant RRD application. The person will work closely with Regulatory reporting and technology teams. - Those with a strong desire to expand their knowledge, drive innovation, create solutions and be at the forefront of emerging business strategies and technology trends should apply for this role. Responsibilites : The responsibilities of this role includes : 1. Analyze Finance Regulatory Reporting needs and translate them into specific requirements and tasks for technology partners. 2. Retrieve and analyze the data from underlying analytical/operational databases to develop understanding. 3. Build analytical dashboards and other analytical capabilities for the end users. This includes building scorecards, dashboards, analytical queries used for attestation, validation and analysis of the base data as well as the regulatory reports, using the tools such as OBIEE. 4. Perform testing and validation of the technology builds to ensure seamless business process transition and create relevant documentation. 5. Lead, support in communicating, documenting, tracking and resolving issues &amp; changes impacting the Finance regulatory reporting processes. 6. Responsible for problem management including analyzing and troubleshooting the incidents impacting the accuracy or the ability to generate the regulatory reports 7. Develop and provide functional &amp; process subject matter expertise on Finance systems, including : - Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) - Lombard Agile Risk Reporter Portal - Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) - Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) and General Ledger (GL) - Regulatory Reporting Delivery platform (RRD) Qualifications : Critical Factors to Success : - Develop and provide functional &amp; process subject matter expertise on Finance systems - Excellent communication, both written and verbal, facilitation and presentation writing skills. Must be able to communicate results to stakeholders including non-finance people - Must be a self-starter with an ability to drive large scale change. - Creative mindset; comfort working in undefined space and seizing new opportunities Past Experience : - Experience with OFSAA, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), BI Publisher, Tabaleu or a similar analytical toolset is strongly recommended. - Experience with analytical and programming toolsets (e.g. SQL, PLSQL, Java, HTML coding) desired. - Experience with Oracle Financials eBusiness Suite, especially the GL, HFM, Financial Accounting Hub, Consolidations and reporting suite of application, desired. - Experience with American Express accounting and reporting processes, including financial and regulatory reporting, would be a plus Academic Background : - Bachelors in Information Technology or Computer Science is required Functional Skills/Capabilities : - Develop and provide functional &amp; process subject matter expertise on Finance systems, including: - Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) - Lombard Agile Risk Reporter Portal - Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) - Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) and General Ledger (GL) - Regulatory Reporting Delivery platform (RRD) Technical Skills/Capabilities : - Good Analytical and programming toolsets skills desired(e.g. SQL, PLSQL, Java, HTML coding) Behavioral Skills/Capabilities : - Analytical bent of mind - Ability to trouble shoot and drive resolution, - Customer focus Job type- Permanent Industry Type - Finance The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
