Function Description :


CFR-CoE Learning & Development


Purpose of the Role :


The person would manage the end to end coordination and management of Internal Training Interventions, Budgetary Administration, conducting the Training Needs Analysis and general administration/other ad-hoc duties for Learning & development function of CFR CoE.


Responsibilities :


1. Training communication and branding - Sending out Invitations, Reminders and other important mailers


a. Connecting with Design studios for branding and designing communication


b. To publish Calendar on agreed timelines


2. Provide Logistic support for the trainings.


3. Working with team members, partners, and key stakeholders for organising and managing training programs


4. Strategize and execute the External Trainings for the SMs and Directors, also coordinating with the external trainers


5. Connecting with the global teams to plan trainings, if required.


6. Simultaneously handling trainings in multiple locations via Telepresence.


7. Tracking and maintaining learning database containing attendance etc. to publish Dashboards.


8. Update records for all employees on a real time basis - event creation and registration (a month in advance), event participation, facilitator contribution and feedback score, training recommendations and reminders, etc.


9. Provide MIS from Learning Database, as required from time to time


10. To manage, evaluate and prioritize multiple tasks to achieve expected outcomes and deadlines.


11. Budget and Invoice Management - Maintaining records of all invoices raised (training events, external trainers etc.)

Qualifications :


Past Experience :


- 5-6 years of experience in Learning & development


Academic Background :


- An MBA or equivalent degree in HR


Behavioral Skills/Capabilities :


- Strong verbal and written communication skills


- Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups


- Demonstrates accountability and ownership


- High degree of flexibility in a fast-paced environment
