Title- Product Manager
Location- Gurgaon
Job Description
- Deliver on key business drivers like enhancing product value propositions, billings, customer average spends, portfolio quality.
- Work on the key Lending initiatives for the portfolio including building lending capabilities to ensure profitable AR & FCR growth.
- Collaborate with Sales/Acquisition teams on various Product-Sales initiatives to drive portfolio growth.
- Work with other ICSS teams and business managers to optimize overall Blue Box business growth, cultivate cross sell opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
- Interface with multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to resolve issues related to the product.
- Work closely with New Product Development team to launch new products and to enhance current products.
- Track competition closely and launch best-in-class features on Amex product
Qualifications
- MBA/Post-Graduate with 3-4 years of experience.
- At least 2 years of Product Management experience in Cards/Payments business.
- Good understanding of the Credit Card business & Lending Economics.
- Strong knowledge & experience of handling installment lending on credit cards.
- Very good financial acumen & analytical skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- High level of accountability, focused on delivering timely and effective results
