Job Description :  - The candidate will be required to perform Secondary review & potential duplicate review team for Global Payments & different control activities as required.  - The incumbent should ensure compliance with SLA and other internal guidelines of policies relating to the business area he/she is going to handle and must be control & quality conscious.  - The incumbent would be required to consistently understand and exceed customer's requirement whilst ensuring effective teamwork at all time.  - The incumbent should be able to maintain high accuracy, productivity standards & should have high willingness to learn Monitoring alerts to ensure the 24 hour SLA is met  - E2E procure to pay knowledge or payment processing knowledge to ensure high-quality maintenance  - The incumbent should have an eye for details with high focus on control & compliance  - Knowledge of Amex system Global payment system will be preferred.  - Excellent communication & analytical skills.  - Result focus & self-driven & high on flexibility.  - Good at multitasking & time management.  This role may be subject to additional background verification  Qualifications :  - Postgraduate (MBA/CA/CS/ or equivalent) with 1-2 years or experience  - Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required to effectively communicate urgency  - Knowledge of procuring to pay is preferred  - Must be in good standing and have a G2/L2 or better review rating in latest review  - Self-starter with ability to execute with minimal direction and strong attention to detail  - Be able to communicate and ask probing questions to understand issue and path for solution  - Proven organizational, prioritization and research skills  - Able to influence others, make decisions, and manage and maintain relationships across regions and teams  - Understanding of compliance and GSM/Payment Operations would be preferred  - Should be flexible to work in 24- 7 environment.  - Minimum tenure of 18 months in current role as on the date of application deadline  - Should not be in any form of counselling or action plan  Job type- Full Time  Industry Type - Operations   #NOLI
