Job Description -

- This position provides strategic and tactical support in the day to-day management of running of the complex Global Fraud & New Accounts Operations.

- It has a broad range of tasks & responsibilities including in depth process analysis, rigorous monitoring and governance through reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities Include but is not limited to the following:

- Provide daily governance of all input, output and machine metrics and deep dive on focus areas for business insights

- Use analytical tools and techniques to create meaningful process / portfolio segmentation, build what if scenarios, derive correlation of attributes etc.

- Provide Support and Consultancy to the GFNA Process, highlight any Performance Gaps and Improvement Opportunities

- Document Processes, assess and improve the process risk assessment self-tests

- Random Sampling of Calls, conduct case reviews to Identify Process Strengths and Weakness

- Generate robust control reporting to ensure that Internal Policies, Procedures and Compliance Regulations are being followed

- Provide adhoc support to key business initiatives

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Operations, MIS / Analytics, Six Sigma with Tier 1 or Tier 2 college will be preferred.

- Strong Relationship And Collaborative/Communication Skills - as the Job involves extensive interaction with Various Levels from analysts to Senior Leadership

- Demonstrate Ability to work independently with Minimum Supervision and high level of Integrity.

- Strong Analytical And Problem Solving Skills, experience in Analytical tools and techniques

- A self-starter with good planning and organizational Skills, ability to multi task

- Strong Working Knowledge Of building, Interpreting Reports and Analyzing Data, working through various data sources

- Demonstrate the ability to remain calm through stressful/changing circumstances, sustained Over Time.
