EDA has a very broad range of responsibilities, resulting in a broad range of initiatives around the world. - The American Express Enterprise Digital Member Experiences teams centralize web, mobile and push digital product management activities to support our businesses across the enterprise. The focus of this collaborative team is to drive growth via digital user experiences, marketing, strategy, and analytics.&nbsp; - The team specializes in using data around digital product usage to drive improvements in the customer experience to deliver higher satisfaction and business value. The role also focuses on driving usage of digital products like Mobile App by recommending data drive feature additions using data from other offline channels. Purpose of the Role :&nbsp; - Deliver Digital Information, BI & Reporting along with Digital Data Products &amp; Capabilities that would play a key role in establishing capabilities based on Big Data. Responsibilities : - Create, enhance and maintain data &amp; reporting capabilities on big data environment that house various digital portfolio performance metrics focused on the product &amp; marketing roadmap for Customer and Prospect Digital products - Handle manipulation of large datasets on SAS, Teradata and Hadoop to ensure faster data analysis. - Understand business objectives, convert it to data requirements &amp; technical needs and get it implemented by technology partners. - Leverage Excel VBA automation to deliver exec level dashboards &amp; business reporting - Explore &amp; leverage different business intelligence tools like Tableau &amp; custom tools to create and manage various business intelligence reports/dashboards for different product managers Critical Factors to Success : Business Outcomes : - Able to deliver best in class analytics for our business partners - Enterprise thinking with good data management skills - Bring innovative solutions to complex business problems Leadership Outcomes : - Put enterprise thinking first, connect the role- s agenda to enterprise priorities and balance the needs of customers, partners, colleagues &amp; shareholders.&nbsp; - Lead with an external perspective, challenge status quo and bring continuous innovation to our existing offerings&nbsp; - Demonstrate learning agility, make decisions quickly and with the highest level of integrity&nbsp; - Lead with a digital mindset and deliver the world- s best customer experiences every day Qualifications : Past Experience : - 1-3 years experience in data management, business reporting and BI Academic Background : - Advanced degree in computer science, IT or management from premium institute Functional/Technical Skills &amp; Capabilities : - Strong knowledge of statistical software (SAS/Python) and manipulating large and complex data - Strong SQL/HIVE skills and experience with UNIX utilities.
