Functional Description: The credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) team helps drive profitable business growth by reducing the risk of fraud and maintaining our customers' confidence in the security of our products. It utilizes an array of tools and ever-evolving technology to detect and combat fraud, minimize the disruption of good spending and provide a world-class customer experience. The team leads efforts that leverage data and digital advancements to improve service and risk management as well as enable commerce and drive innovation. The credit and Fraud Risk Capabilities team is responsible for collaborating with Risk Strategy teams to enable best-in-class risk management decisions across entire customer life cycle. Purpose of the Role: Lead Bluelight team to deliver key metrics and insights to the senior CFR leadership Responsibilities: - Lead Bluelight team within Credit and Fraud Risk Capabilities to deliver key risk metrics for senior leadership. - Drive insights and analytics to support decision making for senior risk leadership - Manage end-to-end Big Data Integration processes for building key metrics from disparate source systems (including RDBMS, Hadoop and multi-dimensional cube ecosystems), with 100% accuracy and 100% on time delivery. - Deliver strategic insights to key stakeholders using tools like Tableau - Drive automation initiatives within existing processes and fully optimize delivery effort and processing time. - Effectively manage relationship with 20+ risk stakeholders across multiple geographies - Manage foundational platform and infrastructure capabilities. - Contribute into evaluating and/or developing right tools, common components, and capabilities - Follow industry best agile practices to deliver on key priorities - Identifies opportunities to adopt innovative technologies - Provides continuous support for ongoing application availability Critical Factors to Success: Business Outcomes: - Develop and deploy key risk metrics and strategies on proprietary Big Data and Cloud environment using big data tools and framework - Implement solutions for delivering key insights for senior leadership - Drive capabilities innovation &amp; resultant business growth by applying existing &amp; emerging technologies to deliver against customer goals Leadership Outcomes: - Put enterprise thinking first, connect the role's agenda to enterprise priorities and balance the needs of customers, partners, colleagues &amp; shareholders. - Lead with an external perspective, challenge status quo and bring continuous innovation to our existing offerings Academic Background: - Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science or related streams.
