Job Description : Function Description : - With a focus on digitization, innovation, and analytics, the Enterprise Digital Analytics (EDA) team creates central, scalable platforms and customer experiences to help markets across all of these priorities. EDA has a very broad range of responsibilities, resulting in a broad range of initiatives around the world - The American Express Enterprise Digital Member Experiences teams centralize web, mobile and push digital product management activities to support our businesses across the enterprise. The focus of this collaborative team is to drive growth via digital user experiences, marketing, strategy, and analytics. - The team specializes in using data around digital product usage to drive improvements in the customer experience to deliver higher satisfaction and business value. The role also focuses on driving usage of digital products like Mobile App by recommending data drive feature additions using data from other offline channels. Purpose of the Role : - This role will report to the Director of Mobile App and Labs Analytics team and will be based in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for delivery of highly impactful analytics to optimize Mobile App product experience for driving adoption and usage of this very important and strategic pull channel for American Express. Responsibilities : - Deliver strategic analytics focused on the Mobile App product roadmap across 20+ markets - Define, build and maintain performance frameworks to provide product team a good view into the channel and feature usage - Deliver insights to further optimize the customer experience on the Mobile App and there by enabling higher revenue or better servicing/engagement with this channel - Drive the experimentation on the Mobile App in close collaboration with the product team and enable the culture of experiementation - Power in-depth strategic analysis and provide analytical and decision support by mining digital activity data along with AXP closed loop data Critical Factors to Success : - Drive Mobile App Usage Goals i.e. Daily Active Users, Monthly Active Users, Monthly Login Frequency, Digital Revenue, Digital Servicing Ratio, Customer Satisfaction Qualifications : Past Experience : - 6+ years of analytics experience with a background in quantitative business analysis and statistical and modeling techniques; experience in digital analytics preferred - Strong strategic thought leadership and problem solving skills with ability to solve unstructured and complex business problems - Proven track record of project and people management; ability to engage and inspire team members and partners - Results driven with strong project management skills, ability to work on multiple priorities and keep team on track to exceed goals Academic Background : - Post graduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field from a premier institute Functional Skills/Capabilities : - Knowledge of statistical software (SAS, SQL, Machine Learning) and manipulating large and complex data sets; experience with Teradata preferred Technical Skills/Capabilities : - A/B Testing - Multivariate Testing - Advanced Statistics Knowledge of Platforms : - Hadoop - Big Data - Cornerstone - Digital Tracking tools like Omniture Job type- Permanent Industry Type - Operations Contact Url - https://jobs.americanexpress.com The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
